NDT Assistant

Support NDT operations by preparing test surfaces, handling and transporting equipment and consumables, setting up work areas and radiation safety barriers, and assisting certified technicians during inspection activities. Responsible for maintaining equipment condition, keeping records of consumable usage and test logs, and following all site safety and radiation protection requirements. Does not perform tests or interpret results independently, and works under the direct supervision of a certified NDT technician while accumulating the training and experience hours required for Level 1 certification.
