Responsible for consulting with guests on their needs, performing treatments according to SPA procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and handling guest concerns professionally. This role requires strong therapy technique skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with the SPA and front desk teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
