Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Operate and supervise tissue production machinery to ensure output meets established quality standards and production targets. Responsible for monitoring machine performance, handling technical issues, and mentoring junior operators. This role requires high attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the production process, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
