Design, develop, and optimize plastic manufacturing processes including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Responsible for troubleshooting production issues, improving process efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of plastic materials, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with production and quality teams.
